CRASH INTO EARTH – ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE & WAIVER
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Crash Into Earth (“Event”), you agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that attending Crash Into Earth involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: loud music, flashing lights, crowd interaction, use of carnival rides, roller skating, and other activities that may result in injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Crash Into Earth, its owners, organizers, employees, contractors, vendors, sponsors, and venue operators from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
MEDICAL TREATMENT
I consent to receive emergency medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during Crash Into Earth, and I agree to be financially responsible for any resulting costs.
MINORS
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete this Waiver. By purchasing this ticket or tickets, the parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation and agrees to all terms herein.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I grant Crash Into Earth and its designees the right to record, photograph, and use my likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.
NO REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final. Crash Into Earth is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crash Into Earth and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or actions arising from my attendance, including third-party claims.
JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [State]. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ENTERING THE EVENT PREMISES, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE.
